The Pittsburgh Steelers walked into FedEx Field as (-3) favorites. The score said otherwise. Led by Ben Roethlisberger, the Steelers offense picked up where they left off last year. After starting off sluggish the offense clicked on a drive that went 75 yards on 11 plays when Ben hit wide receiver Antonio Brown for the touchdown on 4th & 1 to go up 7-6. The Steelers never looked back, going on to to put up 38 points total.
• The offensive line was consistent on opening up holes for RB DeAngelo Williams who rushed for 143 yards on 26 carries and a pair of touchdowns.
• The defense got off the field on 3rd down. A defense that gave up 9 third down conversions against Baltimore in week 16 of the 2015 season. Get of the field on third and let Ben go to work.
Next up is Cincinnati. Steelers have won 5 out of the last 6 against the rival Bengals, one of those coming in the 2015 wild card game.
